David and Nancy were wonderful to deal with. Nancy took care of everything, and went above and beyond her duties. I live out of town so I really needed to someone to get mail and coordinate certain repairs that were needed. After they vetted the prospective buyer, everything went smoothly. They were a pleasure to deal with.
