I have bought and sold something like 15 homes over the years, and the Legaz Team is among the top real estate professionals I have ever worked with. I know it took 6 months to sell the place, but we had many offers, and you guys were great to consult with. Together we strategized how to handle each one and made good decisions on counters etc. You both were very, very professional and helpful.

Your recommendation of Shaun to do clean up etc, worked out well, too. And tag teaming between Dave and Nancy was very appropriately done, and I really felt "taken care of". You absolutely earned your commission. I think you went out of your way to manage all of this, and believe me, I appreciated it.

And finally, I think we got the most we could out of the house. Selling it was emotional for us, as you might imagine, since it has been in our family since '57.
